Cancellation Policy

1. Students MUST inform Laura via email or telephone at least 24 hours before a cancellation. Cancellations made after this point will not be honoured and no refund will be issued.

2. Students may re-arrange lessons with 24 hours notice and incur no additional charges.

3. Payments are non-refundable unless the lesson is cancelled with 24 hours' notice.
